This site is operated by Important Art LLC (“we”), which releases music as John Wayne Airport. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your data here. It is short, because very little happens.
Counts of page visits, and nothing else. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count which pages were opened and roughly how many people opened them, along with the general information a browser sends anyway: country, device type, browser, and which site or link sent you here. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and includes no advertising or tracking pixels. There is no login and no account. We do not know who you are and have made no arrangements to find out.
The numbers arrive as totals. We can see that a page was opened forty times; we cannot see that it was you, and we cannot follow you anywhere else. Vercel, which hosts this site, processes those counts on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
The visualizers still run entirely in your browser. The audio is played from this site and analyzed locally on your own device to draw the graphics — nothing about what you play, how far into a song you get, or how long you listen is transmitted back to us or stored anywhere.
Like essentially every website, the hosting provider that serves these pages keeps standard request logs — typically IP address, browser type, and timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the thing online. We do not use these logs to identify, profile, or contact anyone, and we do not combine them with anything else.
The “Pre-Save” buttons take you off this site to a campaign hosted by Show.co (a service of CD Baby), where you choose whether to connect your Spotify account. If you do, Spotify and Show.co — not us — collect and process that information, which may include your Spotify user ID, display name, and email address, under their own privacy policies:
We can see aggregate campaign statistics in Show.co's dashboard (for example, how many people pre-saved). We use that only to know whether anyone did.
Links to Spotify, Apple Music, and other streaming platforms take you to companies with their own privacy practices, over which we have no control and no insight. Once you leave, you are their problem, not ours.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly collect no information from anyone, of any age.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data an organization holds about you. In our case the answer is that we hold none, but you are welcome to ask and receive that answer in writing. For data held by Spotify or CD Baby via a pre-save, please contact them directly, as they are the ones who have it.
Visit counting was added on September 20, 2026, and the date at the top changed with it. That is the standing arrangement: if we ever collect more than this — a mailing list that actually works, say — we will update this page and change the date before doing so.
